    Hi,

Could you please post the screenshot here? Do you get one of these messages?

It seems that a policy was configured to prevent it from logging in. Do you mind telling us more details about the account? For example,

    • Who created the account?
    • When was the last time that it logged in successfully?
    • Are there any settings made to it?
    • Does you PC only allow one user to log in? You can create a test account and try to log in with it. If it cannot log in too, please let us know.

Probably tried to log in too many times incorrectly. Therefore the account is locked for security reasons. Most lockouts are set to 15 minutes. If this continues to happen then you most likely have a device somewhere using the wrong password and therefore locking your account.
