Could you please post the screenshot here? Do you get one of these messages?
It seems that a policy was configured to prevent it from logging in. Do you mind telling us more details about the account? For example,
- Who created the account?
- When was the last time that it logged in successfully?
- Are there any settings made to it?
- Does you PC only allow one user to log in? You can create a test account and try to log in with it. If it cannot log in too, please let us know.
