Microsoft Authenticator - Lost backup and all data

Good morning,

I can't say why, but overnight, all passwords, postal addresses and others on the account I use with Microsoft Authenticator have disappeared. It looks like the backup has been disabled and when activated, there was nothing. I have deleted everything, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted cache and memory data, also done a restoration of everything and changed my password, but I have lost everything.

I don't know how many passwords I've lost, there were many, but now I consider ..?? I start over with Microsoft Authenticator or am I looking for another password manager?

I have already surfed the Internet and searched for information, I have read posts that do not at all match what has happened to me and, I have tried everything I could find, but the solution either does not exist, or goes beyond normal options.

My only hope is to trust what as always, Microsoft always has a bin where things go to stop for 30 days, for the user and then there is another bin that saves the information, with access only for the administrator, of about 90 days. Clearly neither of these options is within my reach, so I ask for help.

Any idea how to fix it and get it all back?

Should I give up everything?

What other trusted password manager do you recommend?

Thank you.
