Login issue getting into Azure portal.
Can get logged into the account, but then asked for a code from the auth app. We have a 8 digit code on the auth app, but it will only take a 6 digit code.
Unable to get further.

If your Microsoft Authenticator app displays an 8-digit code instead of a 6-digit one, it means your MFA registration is linked to your Personal Microsoft Account rather than your Azure work or school account.
To register with your work or school account, please visit
aka.ms/mfasetup, which will redirect you to the appropriate MFA registration page for your organization.If you are the only global administrator in the tenant and have been locked out due to incomplete MFA setup, this falls under a tenant lockout scenario. To resolve this, we need to engage the Data Protection team via a support ticket to unblock your access.
