We would like to create a custom connector for Excel, just like those ones for Salesforce:

I only found solutions about adding a new connector to PowerBI (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/install-sdk) but not to Excel. How to add a custom data source to Excel?

    Hi,

I suggest you try to use From Data Connection Wizard option in Excel, this method will help you create ODBC connection in Excel for external data source:
