Good Evening,
I found the below recommended steps from the following link. I also recommend that you:

• Check with your school if there is any spam filtering or blocking
• Ensure that you are using your school email and not a personal one (will typically end in a .edu)
• verify that all information has been submitted accurately.

Make sure you entered the correct email address when you signed up for the Azure student account.
