Missing Customer Data in Microsoft Bookings API Appointments

Hello,

I am attempting to retrieve all client booking appointments on Microsoft Bookings through the API using the following endpoint: https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/solutions/bookingBusinesses/{id}/appointments. However, the customers field is empty for some appointments, while the customer data is visible in the web interface for those same appointments.

All appointments have been configured identically, and there were no specific anonymization settings applied in Bookings. What steps can be taken to ensure customer data is retrieved correctly?

Here are the authorization permissions granted to my app:

  • Bookings.Manage.All / Apps permissions type
  • Bookings.read.All / Apps permissions type
  • BookingsAppointment.ReadWrite.all / Apps permissions type
  • Sites.ReadWrite.All / Apps permissions type

    This behavior of customers field not reflecting any value is DCR behavior that is Design by Change Behavior. Further you shall raise ticket with Microsoft Support upon which you will get DCR template to fill all details accordingly troubleshooting will happen.
