Having issues with start button/continue button showing up under collections.

I don't know what is going on exactly but as of late I have had issues getting any of the start or continue buttons to populate under collections or through the hub. I have signed out/in, cleared cookies and login creds, several different browsers, incognito mode on each, F5'd to reload page, not sure if anyone else is having this issue as of late but any help would be greatly appreciated.
