Test Rescheduling Issue

Since March 23, 2025, I have been trying to resolve my issue to reschedule the Azure-900 exam. I received several reminders that my exam was scheduled for March 28, but I was unable to reschedule it because it did not appear on the portal. I accessed the portal using the same email I used for the purchase, but the scheduled exam did not show up, making it impossible to reschedule. Vue stated that the issue was with Microsoft, while Microsoft said the issue was with Vue. After several emails, Vue identified that there are two profiles under my name, which might be causing the issue. I need to resolve this problem and be given the opportunity to take the exam on a new date since I was unable to take it or reschedule it.

    The support team of Microsoft needs to do profile merge.
