Seeking potential partnership with Microsoft & Xbox with proposed application idea

Hello, my name is Taylor Larson and I’m in the very beginning steps of developing an application that I’d like to make available on your platforms. (Windows operated PC’s & Xbox) I’m curious if I could present you a detailed proposal giving full insight to my application and its functionalities before actually developing the application. Would this be possible? I’m not expecting any certification or to be granted access to your platforms. I’m just hoping to find out whether it’s an idea that would be allowed. Upon approval, I could immediately begin development and submit a working/functioning product for certification along with gaining partnership with Microsoft/ Xbox. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Microsoft doesn’t typically review app proposals before development. But you can validate your idea and ensure compliance:

You can review the Microsoft Store Policies to see if your app meets their requirements. Xbox apps have additional requirements related to UI, input methods.
