hi there 김준호, thanks for posting this on q&a,
if u’re not seeing the sponsorship info as an admin, head straight to the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/startups in the azure portal. sometimes the sponsorship stuff plays hide-and-seek )) if u already enabled azure in benefits but still get that 'not eligible' message, it might just need time to sync. give it a few hours or try a fresh login, tech can be moody like that )
about the linkedin mismatch, same email but wrong password could cause weirdness. azure and linkedin are supposed to work together, but... well, tech relationships )) reset that password to match using azure ad password reset and see if it helps. now, the billing mystery, charges hitting ur credit when sponsorship should cover it? yeah, that’s annoying (( check under cost management + billing > credits and azure sponsorship. sometimes charges slip through before the system applies credits how azure sponsorship credits work.
also, peek at ur subscription type, sponsorship usually ties to specific ones. if u accidentally picked pay-as-u-go instead of the sponsored option... oops, that’d explain the charges )) azure subscription types.
this might work in other tools too, always double-check which account is actually logged in. browsers love switching identities on u )) try incognito mode or clear cookies to be sure. For real-time cost tracking, set up budget alerts asap. azure makes this easy azure budget alerts. no more surprise bills....
if u’re still stuck after this, hit reply, happy to dig really deeper ))) microsoft’s docs are solid, but they don’t always make it obvious where the fixes are. u got this....
rgds,
Alex
