Hola, intento iniciar sesión en mi cuenta de correo de la universidad y no me funciona la aplicación Microsoft authenticator ya que la tenía en otro dispositivo y ahí si funcionaba pero se me rompió y no lo puedo quitar la cuenta del antiguo dispositivo, al ponerla en el nuevo no me aparece la notificación para poder escribir el número de seguridad. ¿Cómo puedo arreglarlo?

Please click Restore your data while setting up the Authenticator in order to restore the credentials. Please uninstall and reinstall Authenticator app again.
If you had no backup, ask your school admin to reset it for you.
