DP 700 reschedule and issue with pearson vue

I made my exam appointment for today, got there on time, and finished the system check-in procedure two days before. A technical issue with the Pearson OnVUE app, however, causes the system check-in to display an odd question as the exam is about to start. Additionally, I'm not receiving any emails or reminders. That is only displayed in my profile's Microsoft credentials and certificates area.The exam vanished off the profile as well, thus I can't view it anywhere anymore.I passed the test twice earlier, so why is this issue coming up again?If possible, could you tell me how to postpone my test?
