Room Finder - New Outlook

Hello,

I have an issue where a customer of mine is trying to set up meetings with a specific room. For some reason I cannot understand the room finder works just fine on the classic version of outlook, everything is setup perfectly, but when the switch is made to the new outlook there are no rooms to show on the room finder option. Looks like there was never a setup of any buildings or rooms, but everything is there, and even if a new room is created they don't show on the room finder. Is there anything here I'm missing with the new outlook? Do I need to perform any kind of command in order to make the rooms available and visible to the new Outlook? For my understanding if there was any issue with the room finder it wouldn't work on the classic as well.

Hopefully someone that faced the same issue in the past can help me figure this out.
Thanks!

    Hi @Guilherme Fuzil

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on my research, it seems that the room finder in new Outlook is currently not available, I am afraid that you need to switch back to the legacy Outlook or use Outlook for Web version to continue to use this feature.

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website, and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future. User's image
