Azure SQL Server Offline Database Migration via self-hosted impact on source server question

I'm running 5 databases on my production on prem SQL server in the same instance. If I run the offline migration targeting only 1 of those databases, do the other 4 databases stay online during the migration?
I don't see in the Q&A Assist's answer where it specifically calls out only the migrated database is impacted.

I understand that you want to migrate one of the databases in the Onprem SQL server and want to know if the databases on the server will remain online during the migration.
Please be informed that if you perform the migration targeting only one of the databases on your production Onprem SQL Server, the other databases will stay online during the migration process. The application downtime will only affect the database being migrated.
