How to get Microsoft Graph support?

One of our clients has connected to our Apps to allow us getting their email. We traced her account has been created subscription successfully but we can't get any email webhook.

Let's know how we can troubleshoot this problem.

    Please ensure that your webhook endpoint is publicly accessible and uses HTTPS for secure communication.

    Additionally, refer to the article "Receive change notifications through webhooks" for detailed guidance. Keep in mind that subscriptions have a limited lifetime, and if expired, they must be renewed to continue receiving notifications.

    Even after verifying the above, if the issue still persists, I recommend you raise a support case with Microsoft Graph, a Support Engineer will be able to look into this issue and assist you better. You can raise support ticket from New support request - Microsoft Entra admin center or https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests.
