I created a personal Microsoft account to join the Microsoft 365 Developer Program and selected Canada as my region. I used a unique phone number and signed up through a clean browser session. After joining the program, I still receive the message:
“You don’t currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription.”
Can someone from Microsoft please help me determine what’s preventing my account from being eligible for the sandbox tenant?
My purpose is to be able to create a test tenant and test the M365 application suite.
