Delete Azure Recovery Services vault when "Enable Always-on soft delete" is enabled.

I have a Recovery Services vault in Azure, which I want to delete.
The issue I am facing is that I cannot remove this, because the "Enable Always-on soft delete" is enabled.
How can I get this disabled?
Or in the worst case, how can I create a correct ticket with Microsoft, because I now end up at "Support + troubleshooting" without the option to create a ticket, only get the "Resolve issues with deleting a vault due to dependencies" information.

- You can't delete a vault that contains protected data sources (for example, IaaS VMs, SQL databases, Azure file shares).
- You can't delete a vault that contains backup data. Once backup data is deleted, it will go into the soft deleted state.
- You can't delete a vault that contains backup data in the soft deleted state.
- You can't delete a vault that has registered storage accounts.
Always-on soft delete can be disabled from the Azure backend. Let me assign this thread to the appropriate team
