Delete Azure Recovery Services vault when "Enable Always-on soft delete" is enabled.

I have a Recovery Services vault in Azure, which I want to delete.
The issue I am facing is that I cannot remove this, because the "Enable Always-on soft delete" is enabled.

How can I get this disabled?
Or in the worst case, how can I create a correct ticket with Microsoft, because I now end up at "Support + troubleshooting" without the option to create a ticket, only get the "Resolve issues with deleting a vault due to dependencies" information.

You can't delete a Recovery Services vault with any of the following dependencies:

You can't delete a vault that contains protected data sources (for example, IaaS VMs, SQL databases, Azure file shares).

You can't delete a vault that contains backup data. Once backup data is deleted, it will go into the soft deleted state.

You can't delete a vault that contains backup data in the soft deleted state.

You can't delete a vault that has registered storage accounts.

Always-on soft delete can be disabled from the Azure backend. Let me assign this thread to the appropriate team

@Richard Janssen Thank you for your time and patience throughout the support journey. Below is the summarization of the issue and the resolution provided.

Issue: Unable to Delete Recovery Services Vault (RSV)

Cause: Recovery Services Vault has always on soft delete enabled.

Resolution: Recovery Services Vault enabled with Always-on Soft-Delete cannot be deleted by users/customers.

Through offline support, took official consent from @Richard Janssen for deletion of recovery services vault that has always on soft delete enabled. Engaged Product Team to investigate the issue from backend and disable always on soft delete for the vault in question to enable user for deletion of recovery services vault.
