Azure Vision Studio Shows Blank Page

On most of my computers, when visiting the page for Azure Vision Studio, the result is a blank page. No content displayed at all.

On my Copilot+ PC, I can get the Vision Studio page to load, but then it immediately goes to an error dialog stating that while my login was successful, I do not have access to the resource.

    Hi Gerry O,

You can try setting your preferred default directory by following these steps:

    ·       Go to the Azure Portal: https://portal.azure.com/#settings/appearance

    ·       Scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll find the "Startup Directory" option.

    ·       From the dropdown, select the directory you want to set as default (instead of the Microsoft default directory).

    ·       Click Apply to save the changes.

After applying, please wait a few moments. The selected directory should sync and reflect across all Azure portals automatically.

Hope this helps to resolve your issue.

    Thank you!

I was able to overcome this issue.

Just prior to getting the error message, I was able to select the drop-down arrow next to my login in the upper right corner, and then select a proper directory.

I need to do some troubleshooting on my end to find out which directory was the offending issue and how to remove that directory.

Sorry, forgot to get back to you.

It does not, because I already had that option selected.

Also, I believe I know where that other subscription has come from.

I joined the Microsoft ESI trainer program and that appears to be a part of that program as to why the subscription is associated with my account.

However, the Vision Studio directory issue is still prevalent.

    Update.

I toggled that setting back to last used saved changes, and then went back to a default, and now the issue is resolved.

For some reason, it didn't work until I toggled it back and forth.
