Problem with two-factor authentication

I had done two-factor authentication today to use the authenticator, but it was not as expected and I removed the Discord application from the Authenticator passwords, but on discord it remained active and all my accounts were deleted, and I cannot log in because it is asking for 6-digit Authenticator codes, I would like to ask for support on how I can solve this problem.
