Azure Database for PostgreSQL Single Server v11 no longer visible in Azure Portal

I can no longer access my PostgreSQL Single Server v11 resource. This has been going on for several months and it still hasn't come back. The server functionally does work; connections to the DB server are still operational. However, I cannot manage the server anymore. I have since manually exported and imported the databases to a new server and want to disable and delete the old v11 Single Server but I currently cannot do so because of the inability to find it in Azure Portal.

I have checked, and it's not a permission problem. The subscription owner/admin also cannot access the server. It's also not a filtering problem as is often suggested with these kinds of issues; there are no filters active and all subscriptions are included in the search query.

We do not have a support plan, so I cannot create a ticket in Azure Portal. As this is an Azure Portal issue, I do not want to have to pay for a support plan to create a ticket to resolve this.

Could someone assist me in making the PostgreSQL Single Server visible in Azure Portal again?

Kind regards,
Bryan

    Hello Bryan

Thank you so much for your response.

Initially, you were unable to view the Azure database for PostgreSQL single server in the azure portal. But you were able to access it from your application.

As informed, we did ARM cache refresh from the backend and now you are able to see the Server in the portal.

As a post-migration step, the automatic Resource Manager Sync is performed, but it occasionally times out and disappears from the portal. However, it will still be functional in your app services.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
