HI TEAM,
I AM TRYING TO LOG INTO A MICROSOFT APP INCLUDING MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR THE APP ASKS ME TO VERIFY OUR ACCOUNT WITH MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR.
I AM NOT ABLE TO LOG INTO MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR BECAUSE MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR IS ASKING ME TO AUTHENTICATE THROUGH MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR.
LOOKS LIKE ITS RUNNING INTO LOOP AND I AM UNABLE TO GET ALTERNATIVE OPTION TO LOGIN VIE EMAIL/MOBILE NUMBER.
IF POSSIBLE PLEASE RESET THE PASSWORD FOR ******@xxxxxxxxxx.ONMICROSOFT.COM AND REMOVE THE AUTHENTICATOR VARIFICATION MATHOD FOR ONMICROSOFT ACCOUNT.

Based on your description, it appears you're unable to log in to the application due to an incomplete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup.
The account ******@xxxxxxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com is not the Global Administrator in your tenant. I can see that ******@xxxxxxxxxxxx.microsoft.com holds the Global Administrator role. I recommend signing in with that account and resetting MFA for the SRK10 user account by following the steps below:
- Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as an Authentication Administrator or higher.
- Navigate to Identity > Users > All users.
- Select the user you want to manage, then go to Authentication methods.
- At the top, choose the Require re-register MFA option.
After completing these steps, you should be able to sign in to any Microsoft 365 application and reconfigure the MFA method.
However, if you're unable to sign in using the Global Administrator account mentioned above, this would be considered a tenant lockout scenario. In that case, you’ll need to engage the Microsoft Data Protection team through a support request.
