Issue with Container App, container not runs always show error "ScaledObjectCheckFailed"

I have created a container app environment with enabling the vnet
I also created a container app which use an docker image (language go, it just calling to an simple external API)., this image is pushed to ACR. this ACR is public
This Image can run on my local laptop.
Below is config of container app
But when run on container app, the error shows
please tell me how to fix it

- Make sure your container image can be pulled without issues. Even if it’s public, try running
docker pull <your-image>on your local machine to confirm it's accessible. - If your container app is in a VNet, confirm it has internet access. It needs to reach your ACR (Azure Container Registry) and any external APIs your app calls.
- Check that your app listens on the correct port (like port 80 or 8080) and passes the health checks set in the container app settings. If these fail, Azure might think the app is unhealthy.
- Look at the container app logs (in Azure portal) for errors or crash messages. They can give you more details on why the app isn’t starting or scaling.
