Debugger has stopped working

My c# winforms application runs normally when I run without debugger. But when I attempt to run with the debugger, the program appears to be starting but then immediately stops running.

Please try to create a new C# Winforms application and confirm if the same issue appears.
If the same issue appears, try to repair VS(VS Installer => More => Repair) and reset VS settings(run
devenv /ResetSettingsin the "Developer Command Prompt for VS").If the same issue doesn’t appear, please kindly share us some sample code, the configurations you set for your project and some screenshots to reproduce this issue.
