Issue for certification

Hi,

I passed the Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification exam on March 20th, but I am unable to download the certificate from my account. I’ve checked my email, including the spam folder, but I haven't received any notification or download link for the certificate yet.

Could you please assist me in getting the certificate, or let me know if there are any further steps I need to take?

Your certification should be on your Certifications tab. If it isn't there you need to ask question in Microsoft Credentials forum. There are support moderators over there that will typically respond within 2 business days. You may use link below to ask question:
