Calling International landlines

Since I'm being forced to switch from Skype, I need to know is there a similar feature to what I currently have.

Right now I have an unlimmited landline plan to one country which allows me to call my parents, who are not good with technology, on their landline. Is there a similar capability in Teams?

I've been trying for hours to get an answer to this question but there seems to be no way to contact any kind of support at Microsoft.

Hi....Microsoft Teams does offer calling features, but they differ from Skype's unlimited landline plan. Here's what I found:

    1. Teams Personal: Unfortunately, Teams for personal use doesn't currently support direct landline or mobile calling.
    2. Teams Business Plans: To call landlines, you'll need a Teams business plan combined with a Teams Phone license and a calling plan. For example:
      • Teams Essential ($4/month) + Teams Phone with Calling Plan ($15/month) provides 3000 domestic minutes.
      • Teams Essential ($4/month) + Teams Phone with Pay-As-You-Go Calling ($11/month) charges roughly 2 cents per minute.
    3. Skype Dial Pad in Teams Free: If you have remaining Skype credits or subscriptions, you can use the Skype Dial Pad within Teams Free after Skype's retirement.
