Automating user creation without manual setup steps & preventing forced updates
Hello Community,
I am setting up a Windows user account on 11 via an administrator script and would like to finalize the user creation without requiring manual interaction with the setup screens shown in the attached images. These include steps for diagnostic data, inking & typing, and "Find my device."
Is there a way to automate the acceptance of these setup options (e.g., via registry, Group Policy, or an answer file) to avoid manual selection?
I am also blocking all updates (automatic and manual checks) by modifying the Local Machine registry. However, I am concerned that if default "Yes" is selected during finalization, and the user connects to Wi-Fi, Microsoft might force certain policies that override my update blocks.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation, or is there any documentation confirming whether these selections influence update enforcement?
In case there is no answer on the previous ones, would you suggest creating a system image of the customized users as the cleanest solution?
Thanks in advance for your support!
