I was watching youtube (IN FULLSCREEN) on my computer while laying in bed, I zoned out on my phone messaging someone on discord and looked up to see the video I was watching had gone out of fullscreen. I got up and tried to fullscreen it again but it instantly undid it. I thought that was weird and tried to go to the top of my browser to search what the problem could be, again instantly unselected my search bar (both browser one and the google website)

Right clicking is the same as I tried to right click my windows logo because of a tech support page I saw. Even then I can't click on the windows logo because it closes out too. I also can't drag windows around.

I don't have a clue what it could possibly be but I have never had this issue before. I have a Alienware Aurora R13 and I've had it for abt 2-3 years

Hi...It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your Alienware Aurora R13. Based on your description, it could be related to a software glitch, a driver issue, or even a hardware malfunction. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem or simply reload your laptop, install updates (especially firmware) & drivers.

    1. Check for Stuck Keys or Mouse Buttons: Sometimes, a stuck key or mouse button can cause erratic behavior. Ensure your keyboard and mouse are functioning properly.
    2. Restart Your Computer: A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches.
    3. Update Drivers: Ensure that your graphics drivers, mouse/keyboard drivers, and other system drivers are up to date. You can use Dell's SupportAssist tool or visit their website to check for updates.
    4. Run a Malware Scan: Malware or viruses can sometimes cause unusual behavior. Use a trusted antivirus program to scan your system.
    5. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your operating system is fully updated, as updates often include bug fixes.
    6. Test in Safe Mode: Boot your computer into Safe Mode to see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, the problem might be caused by a third-party application or driver.
    7. Run Diagnostics: Dell provides built-in diagnostics tools. Restart your computer and press F12 during boot to access the diagnostics menu. Run the tests to check for hardware issues.
    8. Reset Your Browser Settings: If the issue is browser-specific, try resetting your browser settings to default.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it might be worth reaching out to Dell's technical support or consulting their community forums for additional guidance. Let me know how it goes or if you'd like help with any of these steps!
