Windows File Explorer can't find NAS (Roon Nucleus One)

I have a Roon Nucleus One NAS/Music Server. I can't map a drive to the NAS because File Explorer doesn't see it on my network. I can connect from a Mac Mini and a Macbook Pro without issue. I have tried enabling SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, and have gone through a technical troubleshooting process with a Microsoft support rep, who made some other changes via a remote control session. Nothing worked. His suggestion was to post here for additional ideas. We are both stumped. Does anybody know what might be wrong, and how to fix it? This is on a new Lenovo PC running Windows 11, with all updates and patches applied (purchased last month). Thanks in advance!

There may be two issues at play here (and I suspect it is the first): Changes that Microsoft has made to security means that it is no longer possible to access Nucleus or ROCK folders. Then the Group Policy Editor of Windows can be used to work around this. Windows File Explorer has a habit of not finding non-Windows devices in your network until it’s told to do so. So typing \rock\ in the address field (note: NOT the Search field) of File Explorer will kick Windows into displaying it again. …

If you're using Nucleus One. Thus you must type \\nucleusone\ into File Explorer.
