.Net Frame 4.8 update on MS Sever 2019 failure

Question

Hi.

I need assistance PLEASE. I've checked probably all the solutions provided by other articles and unfortunately cannot fix the 4.8 installation. I've used the .net repair tool, manually installed updates, restarted specific services etc and still at a stale mate. Below are the errors from the logs. I really appreciate anything which can assist me in fixing this.
