I recent got a new phone, we use the authentication app for work emails. In order to set up my work email on the app it is telling me to log into my work email where by it then tells me to input a code from the authentication app and it's sending it to the old phone. I am stuck in a loop. I don't have access to the old phone.

    Check if your Microsoft 365/Entra (Azure AD) account has backup.

    Contact Your IT Admin / Support Desk for resetting.
