External Users Cannot See Custom WebParts Without CDN problem

Question

Hello,

We have developed custom WebParts in our SharePoint environment, but external users are unable to see them. We want to avoid using a CDN to grant them access to the assets.

In previous ticket, some solution has been appointed to manage it (in the link bellow), but this solution seems to be outdated.

E.g. the permissions for "All Users (membership)" don’t seem to be applying as expected, and the SPFx solution remains inaccessible to extenal users of tenant.
