Hi Djibrane Mansoor

Azure AI Foundry is currently available for exploration without any extra charge. However, when you begin deploying solutions, you will be billed for the Azure AI services and other Azure resources used at their existing rates. There is no indication that credit or debit card information is required just for accessing Azure AI Foundry, but it may be necessary when deploying solutions.
