Transfer Domain Out from Azure, No Azure Account Access
I’m a former Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, a student community program from Microsoft. I was recently graduated from this program. While I was in the program, I had an Azure subscription linked to my MLSA account. I had created a few resources there, including a domain – which is very important to me. After I graduated from this program, my Azure access was suddenly restricted, and I didn’t get a chance to back up or transfer anything, including the domain. I got an email from Microsoft stating that my Azure account was completely deleted from the StudentAmbassadors tenant, and I would no longer have access to it.
I tried contacting MLSA support regarding this matter twice, but they just immediately closed my tickets with a response that they can't do anything. The worst support I have ever received.
I now have no way to access my domain from anywhere. Neither I can transfer it to another registrar, nor I can buy it from another registrar, as it is still linked to my Azure and expires after a year only. I really need this domain back. I have contacted Azure support regarding this and I'm waiting for a response. I have also contacted the registrar, but they said that they can't do anything as well. Is there a way to recover it?
