setup loading business standard

I have gone through the system of putting in the product key for my new Business Standard. Then you put in the email and it says I need a new one, set up account, then its tell us about yourself with phone number, then security check of text me or call me and send verification code and then I get this. I have already paid my money and I cannot use it. Please help as nobody else is!!!
