Hi,
I would like to develop an app for toast notifications. On the web, there are many toast notifications template, but my intentions are to create those toast notifications using a form, so that a non-programmer users, can fill this form and send his/her toast notification to a set of users.
Do you have any tutorial to follow or suggest me a way to approach this? I'm using uwp on Visual studio.
