Identity validation individual add new identity option disabled

HI,
on my Azure Trusted signing resource , i can see Identity validation -> organisation -> add new option is enabled
Identity validation -> individual -> add New
this option is disabled . but i want to verify my identify in as individual
please let me what i am wrong

    Hi @Ell

    I understand you're trying to create a new identity as an Individual Developer, but the "New Identity" button is currently greyed out.

    This is due to a recent update from Microsoft. As of April 2, 2025, Trusted Signing is only available to organizations based in the US and Canada with at least three years of verifiable history. Because of this change, individual developers and organizations from other regions are unable to start the identity validation process during the public preview.

    Microsoft has stated that they plan to expand access more broadly once the service reaches general availability.
