How do I migrate AD email enabled security groups and on prem Exchange distribution groups to Exchange 365?

Hi @HITFU ,

To migrate your on-prem email-enabled security groups and distribution groups to Microsoft 365, first ensure you're using Azure AD Connect, which syncs your on-prem users and groups to Microsoft 365 automatically. Before syncing, make sure your groups are Universal and mail-enabled, because only those types will sync. For your reference-

You can convert any group to Universal using PowerShell. Once Azure AD Connect is running, it will automatically sync these groups to Microsoft 365. After that, you can see and manage them in the Microsoft 365 admin center under "Groups."
