Trying to create a governance rule in Microsoft Defender for Cloud results in the following error:

Did you get a chance to follow the steps provided by Alex in the previous comment.

Also, please confirm if you have updated the browser and login with sufficient privileges to add the rules in Microsoft Defender for Cloud.

I suggest you to login with Cloud App Security Administrator to add Governance rules in MDC.

This might happen if the browser is not able to load the page.

Please clear your browser cahce and cookies and restart the browser. Please remove any browser extensions and try to open in in-private browser.

Also suggest you update the browser to the latest.
