Payment issue with PL300 Exam registration

Question

I have this error when trying to register for PL300 Exam: "The credit card payment option is not available for this order. If you need additional information, please contact customer service." I have tried to register for both online and test center alternatives but payment is not allowed from my country. I have voucher of 50% discount and can not be applied if order for vouchePlease how do I resolve this.
