Error while running Invoice and General Document docker containers

We are using Azure document intelligence Connected Container - Invoice and General Document as a pre built model. It was working fine. Since today (April 09 2025), we are facing the below issue while running the container. Also, the same key is working for layout services and Read services only General Document and invoice services are not working.

Initially our containers were in East US region. Once we faced this issue, we tried running it in Central India. We are facing the same error.

Docker Container Log:

API Key may be mismatched for the following reason: System.Net.Http.HttpConnectionResponseContent

Container is not in a valid state. Subscription validation failed with status 'Mismatch'. You have provided an API Key or endpoint for the different kind of cognitive services resource. Find your API key and service region under Keys and Endpoint at your Azure Cognitive Services resource blade in the Azure Portal. For more information please visit https://aka.ms/cscontainers-faq.

Service responded with error message: This container image is expired.

The error message you are seeing indicates a mismatch with the API key or endpoint for the Azure Document Intelligence services. Specifically, the "Subscription validation failed with status 'Mismatch'" error suggests that the provided API key may not match the correct Azure AI services resource type.

Ensure that the API key and endpoint are for the Invoice and General Document services. You can find the correct details in the Azure portal under the Keys and Endpoint section for your Azure AI services resource. Confirm that the resource created in Azure is configured for the Document Intelligence services and not for another service type.

The error also mentions "This container image is expired." Ensure you are using the latest container image version. You may need to pull the latest version to avoid issues with outdated images. Since you have tried running the container in both East US and Central India regions, verify that the services are available in those regions.I hope these helps you.
