Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to dispute an unexpected charge that appeared on my Azure invoice dated 2025/04/09 (Document Number: G086007699, Invoice Number: HU-TI2500029036) in the amount of EUR 1,610.04.

The charge is for services provided by Stability AI during the billing period 2025/03/05 – 2025/03/31. However, this usage was made through the AI Foundry platform under a subscription that was supposed to be covered by my Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub sponsorship.

My subscription ID:
e98d3242-0cc9-45d1-8481-b0ca8b0d7add

To my understanding, the AI Foundry usage tied to this initiative was supposed to be funded via the startup credits, and I was never notified that I had exceeded any quota or would be billed this amount out of pocket. The charge appeared with a significant delay, and I had no prior indication that this would result in personal expenses.

Please find the attached invoice for your reference.

Request:

I request a full refund or invoice cancellation (it is still pending) asap.

Please also advise on how to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Best regards,
