Unable to login Azure portal

Question

Unable to login Azure portal, it is asking for MFA code, which is not receiving on the device.

at the same time, I am able to access my MS Account by using same MFA App.

I tried another way by using code. But I can see 8 digits code on app and this require only 6 digits code.

I have disabled MFA on MS account but still showing the same page.

I tried to contact Azure Support on but its redirecting me to http://aka.ms/mph

Can someone guide me here
