Azure VM agent status going into not ready state for users

A number of Azure VM’s agent status going into not ready state all of a sudden and sometimes VM is un- available for users .Creating new VM’s for users as a workaround. But trying to understand how can we troubleshoot agent not ready status on VM’s.
