Hello @Praneeth S,
The issue with signing in teams with Poly Devices might be related to a known issue where the combination of MFA CA and ToU CA isn't supported. You should exclude it from being used: To avoid sign in error, ensure that only MFA CA or only MDM CA is used.

The Reason why the status is showing the Default Device Compliance Policy - Not complaint, when you haven't applied or created any policy for android devices could be due to Compliance policy settings which are tenant-wide settings that determine how Intune’s compliance service interacts with your devices. These settings are distinct from the settings you configure in a device compliance policy. Kindly check to see if this setting is turned on. To manage the compliance policy settings, sign in to Microsoft Intune admin center and go to Endpoint security > Device compliance > Compliance policy settings.
Compliance policy settings include the following settings:
- Mark devices with no compliance policy assigned as This setting determines how Intune treats devices that aren't assigned a device compliance policy. This setting has two values:
- Compliant (default): This security feature is off. Devices that aren’t sent a device compliance policy are considered compliant.
- Not compliant: This security feature is on. Devices without a device compliance policy are considered noncompliant.
If you wish to configure device compliance as a control in Conditional Access so that only compliant devices can access your corporate resources. Teams devices can be configured for Conditional Access policies based on device compliance. For more information, see Conditional Access: Require compliant device.
