Authenticator app isn't receiving a prompt when asked to approve a sign-in request

I'm trying to log into an account that needs access to my work Microsoft account. Whenever the prompt comes up to select which Microsoft account to log into, I choose my work email account.

It then takes me to this prompt.

However, no sign in request prompt/notification is received on my Authenticator app on my smartphone.

When asked to type in a verification code, the One-time password code I type in from my Authenticator app isn't recognised.

I've checked myaccount.microsoft.com, and all devices are correct, all security info is correct, all organisations are correct. I've even deleted and reinstated devices, removed and reinstated my work Microsoft account on Authenticator.

I even go into Recent Activity, and can see my unsuccessful login attempts to those accounts.
