Authenticator app asking for authenticator app code while logging into authenticator app

Question

I was trying to login in my azure account when it asked me to select a displayed number on the screen from Authenticator app. I logged in and there was no number. I deleted the account and uninstalled the app, while trying to add account into authenticator it is asking to approve code on authenticator app
