How to sign Azure Machine Learn

I am currently participating in an AI learning program from Microsoft, in the early chapters I was told to learn Azure Machine Learning. When I entered I couldn't create, I was told to sign in Azure, but when in Azure I couldn't be asked to sign up because I don't have a credit card, how can I learn to use Azure Machine Learning? Is a subscription mandatory to learn, how can I learn if I don't have a credit card?
