Why is this happening? The coworker has no idea how these are being created.

Hello,
Wondering how to stop duplicate folders from showing up in File Explorer from OneDrive. It appears the duplicates have blue lines next to the folder. They have no contents in them and I've just been deleting them but wondering why this is happening and how to stop it.

Blue lines seem to indicate sync issues so providing us any tooltip or error notices for the items with blue lines would also be useful.
Checking that OneDrive is properly syncing and giving us any error messages would be useful. Also clarifying whether you have a single OD account configured or multiple.

2025-04-10T18:56:13.32+00:00 When the blue lines are clicked on it just says I edited it and that it was done on my laptop. Another one said I created a folder with my computer name within another folder. Seems like the blue lines are just showing the activity of the folder but there's nothing in the folders and unsure how they're populating. Not seeing any error messages but can try syncing again and see if something shows up. Just have the one OneDrive account but the folders are coming from a Sharepoint site.
