No longer receiving pass codes to log into government gateway ID

I recently got a new phone and had to log in to the authenticator app again. I am now not receiving pass codes for my government gateway ID log in. It appears my account is linked to my old work email which used to end @moypark.com. The entire company were switched to pilgrimseurope.com and all old emails are redirected there. But my authenticator app won’t let me log in with the old email and no codes are coming up when signed in on my new account
