RDP disconnection in Azure VM after FortiClient VPN connection

I recently created an Azure VM (Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition) and installed FortiClient 7.4.3.1790 in it. When I try connecting to the VPN, the remote connection gets terminated and cannot reconnect until the VM is restarted in Azure. Is there any additional configuration needed in Azure or the Windows Server VM to prevent remote desktop connection to automatically terminate? User's image

Hi @Ricardo Muniz,Thank you for confirmation.

Reconnect using the new VPN IP—provided it supports inbound connections and there's a way to retrieve that new IP address.

Alternatively, configure a second network interface to separate your RDP and VPN traffic. This means keeping RDP access on eth0, while setting up the VPN to run exclusively on eth1.

Still facing the issue please reach out FortiClient support team.
